Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide detailed return instructions, including the return shipping address.

Please note that products sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

We encourage you to inspect your order carefully upon delivery.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your shipment. Kindly send clear photographs of the product and packaging to info@velora.com so that we can investigate the issue and provide a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Products

For safety, hygiene, and quality reasons, certain products cannot be returned. These include:

  • Opened or used herbal supplements

  • Opened wellness or personal care products

  • Sale, promotional, or discounted items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct product exchanges.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed according to this policy, and you may place a new order separately for the product you would like to purchase.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed or dispatched from our warehouse.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund request.

If your refund is approved:

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Processing may take 7–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.

  • You will receive confirmation once the refund has been initiated.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received the amount, please contact us at info@velora.com for assistance.

European Union Customers

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify, the product must remain:

  • Unopened

  • Unused

  • In its original packaging and condition
